The Background

Dorrie Mitchell and Aurelie Silverlock, founding partners of Integrated Leadership Coaching, have developed a system of testing and adjustment that they have termed The Leadership Cube. The system addresses the six key areas that will have the most impact on a person's leadership capabilities and potential: effective communication, emotional management, stress recovery, positive perspective, belief adjustment, and personal awareness. A combination of Emotional Intelligence (EQi) Testing, NLP Techniques, and Business Coaching is used.

The Case For

Dorrie and Aurelie developed The Leadership Cube based on considerable personal experience. The key areas they have identified are reflected in published statistics and an increasing body of management research driven by concerns of a chronic crisis governance.
