Integrated Leadership Coaching, incorporating the Leadership Cube, was founded by Dorrie Mitchell and Aurelie Silverlock who have over 30 years' combined experience in the areas of training, coaching, counselling and mentoring with many of Ireland's leading organisations.
Dorrie is trained in Human Resources, Counselling, Hypnotherapy and Thought Field Therapy. She is also a Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP and has been working as a counsellor for almost 10 years.
Previously she worked in the Corporate Sector in Management, Self-Development and Human Resources areas for over 20 years. Her focus with clients is that of self-empowerment and life-enhancement. She would promote the view that for real and lasting change to take place it must effect all levels, physical, emotional mental and spiritual.
Aurelie has worked in the area of life-change since 1993. She is trained in Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Clinical Supervision and Thought Field Therapy and is a Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP.
Aurelie specialises in the area of belief building. It is her "passion in life to have people operating from a set of positive self-beliefs". This enables them to take responsibility for their success and live a fulfilling life with all the rewards that brings.
